DDBJ スパコンではmodule loadを行うことで以下のバージョンのRが利用可能です。

4. 使用方法

モジュールファイルのロード

(1)環境（モジュールファイル）のロード

　バージョン3.5.2がロードされます。

$ module load r/3.5.2

(2)Rのコマンドが実行できることの確認

$ which R
/opt/pkg/r/3.5.2/bin/R
$ R --version
R version 3.5.2 (2018-12-20) -- "Eggshell Igloo"
Copyright (C) 2018 The R Foundation for Statistical Computing
Platform: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu (64-bit)

モジュールファイルのアンロード

アンロードは以下のコマンドを実行します。

$ module unload r/3.5.2
