Preparation for Using Parabricks

Overview

This guide explains how to run genome analysis using Parabricks on the GPU nodes of the NIG Supercomputer. Parabricks is distributed free of charge by NVIDIA as a Docker container image.

Using NVIDIA’s official tutorial as a reference, this document describes how to use Parabricks on the NIG Supercomputer's Accelerator-Optimized Node Type 2 (featuring NVIDIA L40S GPUs).
