The NIG Supercomputer
For the NGS analysis pipeline, the tool called Portablepipeline has been developed by Professor Kazutoshi Yoshitake of the Laboratory of Aquatic Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Aquatic Bioscience, Graduate school of Agricultural and Life Sciences, The Univresity of Tokyo.
The scheduled maintenance of the NIG supercomputer is scheduled on the following date and time. The supercomputer will not be available during the scheduled maintenance.

The basic fee for DDBJ Group Cloud has been reduced from 15 million yen to 3.5 million yen.
Due to an abnormal overload of the general analysis division gateway gw.ddbj.nig.ac.jp, a restart process was performed at 19:34.
If you cannot log in, please use the newly established gw2.ddbj.nig.ac.jp gateway for the general analysis division.
The usage is the same as the existing gateway.
